Dan Buan, CEO/President
Mr. Buan is the CEO/President and founder of Buan Consulting. He has more than 20 years experience successfully implementing new technology solutions at notable companies such as IBM, TeleCommunication Systems, Kodak and Autonomy. Previously, Mr. Buan pioneered the enterprise search market where his company maintained contracts with the Securities and Exchange Commission, National Park Service and the Department of Homeland Security. He is the former Secretary and Ambassador Committee chair for the Chesapeake Regional Technology Council. Mr. Buan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from George Washington University in marketing.
