Problem: Wanted to leverage their current Salesforce.com system for grants management, specifically the WIRED grant.
Challenge: Each amount they award and requests for reimbursements needed to be tracked, along with compliance to the terms of the grants, with supporting documentation stored in Salesforce.com for easy reference.
Solution: Buan built the solution to meet all requirements, also implemented visit tracking to monitor each visit and make sure that a minimum of quarterly visits are accomplished, while instant reports are available to see the amount of funds still committed to the individual grant recipients.
Benefits/Results: Improved visibility and reporting, especially to those falling out of compliance. Team now knows when to keep from distributing funds.
