Grab Networks: A Case Study

Problem: Grab Networks had performed a self-implementation of salesforce.com, but could not report on closed business because all orders were still entered manually into a sales log and Great Plains.

Challenge: The customer wanted a two phase roll-out of salesforce.com, with a focus on Sales, Marketing and Support. Phase I would include a knowledge base/FAQ, forums, document center , and ticket management. Phase II would include surveys/polls and live text chat to be managed by the admin.

Solution: Buan Consulting provided a solution that could be easily managed by the internal admin who now had the ability to write/upload KB articles, FAQ’s, troubleshooter, documents, downloads, survey/polls and moderate the forum.

Benefits/Results: The implementation timeframe and cost exceeded customer expectations.
